This Privacy Policy describes how the Rapivo app ("app", "we") collects, uses, stores and protects user information. By using Rapivo, you agree to the practices described here.
About Rapivo: Rapivo is an IPTV player. The app does not provide, host, or distribute any channel, movie, series, or content. All content is accessed through lists (M3U / Xtream Codes) supplied by the user themselves, from providers the user subscribes to or owns. Rapivo only organizes and plays what the user adds.
1. Who is responsible
The party responsible for data processing is Rapivo's developer. Contact: suporterapivo@gmail.com
2. Data we collect
2.1. Account data (when you log in)
Your email and a user identifier (UID), via Firebase Authentication (email/password or Google login).
Used to authenticate you, sync your settings across devices, and manage your subscription.
2.2. Lists and preferences (IPTV)
The URLs of your lists (M3U/Xtream) and their credentials (your provider's username/password), plus favorites, groups, ordering and app preferences.
This data is stored encrypted on your device. If you enable cloud sync (optional), it's saved in your private area on Cloud Firestore, accessible only through your account.
2.3. Device data (device management)
A random identifier generated by the app for each device, its approximate name/model, and platform (mobile/TV), used to enforce the per-account device limit. We do not collect permanent hardware identifiers.
2.4. Purchase data
Information about your subscription (status, purchase tokens, expiry) processed by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat, to unlock premium features and restore purchases.
2.5. Crash and diagnostic reports
In case of a crash, we collect anonymous technical data (device model, OS version, error log) via Firebase Crashlytics, to fix issues.
2.6. Data we do NOT collect
We show no ads. We do not sell your data. We do not access your contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone. We do not track which specific content you watch for marketing purposes.
3. How we use the data
Authenticate and maintain your account.
Play and organize the lists you add.
Sync your settings (if you opt into cloud sync).
Process and validate your premium subscription.
Enforce the account's device limit.
Fix issues and improve the app.
4. Sharing with third parties
We use providers that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:
Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics) — authentication, sync, and diagnostics.
Google Play Billing — subscription processing.
RevenueCat — subscription management and purchase validation.
Your IPTV provider (the list you add) is your own responsibility; when playing content, the app connects directly to the server you provided. We do not share your credentials with any other third party. We may disclose data if required by law or court order.
5. Storage and retention
Local data stays on your device as long as the app is installed.
Account and sync data is stored as long as your account exists.
When you delete your account, your associated data is removed (see section 7).
6. Security
Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted on the device, and cloud data is protected by per-user access rules in Firestore. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable protective measures.
7. Your rights and account deletion
You can, at any time:
Access and correct your data directly in the app.
Log out and remove lists/favorites.
Request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing suporterapivo@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account", from your registered email address. We process deletion within 30 days.
Under Brazil's LGPD (General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to access, correct, port, delete, and revoke consent regarding your data.
8. Children
Rapivo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top indicates the current version; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
